• Review and approve AI-suggested responses before sending (human-in-the-loop)
• Manage conversations through a unified messenger dashboard
• Configure different AI models for different pages

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and AI provider API keys
• Comply with all applicable Facebook policies and terms of service
• Comply with the terms of service of your chosen AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Deepseek)
• Ensure that automated responses comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Review AI-suggested responses before sending them to customers
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content through the Service
• Be responsible for the costs associated with your AI provider API usage

4. Facebook Integration

This Service integrates with Facebook's Messenger platform. Your use of Facebook-related features is subject to Facebook's Platform Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes to Facebook's API or policies that may affect the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party AI Providers

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Deepseek) using API keys that you provide. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining valid API keys from your chosen AI providers
• Complying with the terms of service and usage policies of your AI providers
• All costs associated with AI API usage

While our platform facilitates AI-powered responses, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. The human-in-the-loop feature allows you to review suggestions before sending.

6. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Auto-Messenger and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create in your knowledge base.
